Liz + Greg said their vows on the front porch of their house in Scituate, MA with just their immediate families surrounding them. One of Liz’s sisters played entrance music through a bluetooth speaker, Greg’s best friend performed the ceremony, and we popped champagne that had been iced in a cooler that had belonged to Liz’s great grandfather. They wanted the day to be personal, laid back, and meaningful, and it was just that.

They got whisked away to their wedding reception at Kennedy’s Garden Center, where all their friends and extended family were waiting to congratulate them. And they went in STYLE. An antique model T was their ride, and we had so much fun getting photos with it, both outside their home, and as it pulled up at the garden center. Kennedy’s was the perfect backdrop to their relaxed, untraditional reception. I mean, there’s no need to add too many decorations to a garden! Everywhere you looked there were different flowers, trees, bird houses, and greenhouses - all in the fullness of growth and surrounding the guests as they spread out under the trees for cocktail hour.

Liz + Greg welcomed everyone, then the dancing got started with The Pocket Band inside one of the greenhouses. We snuck away for some sunset photos around the property, and then back in time to grab tacos from the food truck, and you better believe I hit up the ice cream truck later! Everything about this day was effortlessly beautiful, and everyone there made me feel like a part of the family. So honored to have been apart of it!
